That’s the Hank’s Way – Hank’s Market Newest Addition to Food Group
September 01, 2015
The newly developed Hank’s Market debuted in Washington, Indiana on May 19. A second location opened August 25 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. With a distinct sense of nostalgia, Hank’s combines the best of the past, present and future while staying true to what makes grocery shopping enjoyable.
Along with the classic-styled fixtures and décor, each store boasts a full-service grocery with hundreds of natural, organic and gluten free items. At the Butcher Shoppe, customers can request custom cuts of meat. All meats are hand cut and ground fresh every day by in-house butchers. Premium quality deli meats and specialty cheeses are all sliced to order. In addition, fresh produce is delivered to Hank’s three to five times per week and is sourced from local farmers in and around the stores. Weekly, Hank’s features a produce truckload special that is merchandised in a 1950 Ford pickup situated in the produce department. Hank’s dairy barn features a cow replica where kids and adults alike can stop for a photo and upload to Instagram.
Employees live by the mantra “Friendly Service. Low Prices. That’s the Hank’s Way.” Customers can expect great everyday values all across the store, and they can expect unparalleled service from all Hank’s associates. The experience coupled with the everyday savings puts Hank’s Market in the unique position of delivering everyday values without sacrificing quality and service.
